Juan Muzzi, a Uruguayan visual artist living in Brazil since 1972, dedicated 12 years to proving that post-consumer plastic could be the basis of an indestructible urban mobility.
In one month of production
In Muzzicycles' clean development process, the plastic material is crushed into grains, which receive additives that increase its strength. This mixture is used to inject the bike. In 3.4 minutes a Muzzicycles frame is produced and in 5 hours it is cooled and ready for assembly.
