Warranty

The Muzzicycles frame has a lifetime warranty!

To keep this warranty, the frame must not be hit or broken with sharp or piercing objects foreign to its use; when not in use, the frame must be protected from the sun and from high temperatures (150°), and the bicycle must be used in the way Muzzicycles recommends.

If the bicycle breaks during an assembly or disassembly carried out by third parties, the warranty is lost.

Except for the frame, all parts have a 3-month warranty, and the parts must be returned if they show a defect while under warranty.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Brazil, with delivery times and prices depending on the state and on the carrier (for the bicycle) or the postal service (for the frame).

Maintenance and cleaning

Inflate the tyres to 35–40 psi, oil the chain regularly and adjust the brakes.

Also avoid setting the saddle too high: keep the seatpost well inside the frame, otherwise the saddle can break the base of the seat clamp.

The frame needs no maintenance and can be cleaned with soap and water.

Maintenance of the parts is standard and can be done at any bicycle shop.

Packaging, weights and measurements

The frame weighs between 5.5 kg and 6.5 kg, depending on the rider's weight. The box with the frame weighs 7.2 kg.

The frame box measures 103 x 49 x 18 cm, and the unique frame no. 18.5 measures 100 x 46 x 16 cm.

The bicycle weighs approximately 12 kg to 16 kg. The box with the bicycle weighs 20 kg.

The bicycle box measures 135 x 73 x 27 cm.

How the bicycle is packed

The bicycle arrives partially assembled in the box, with only the front wheel and the saddle detached, and with the brakes and gears already adjusted.

Tightening the nuts

Never tighten the nuts directly against the plastic of the frame; keep the original factory washers, which you can request from the factory if they are broken or lost.

The outer washer is 35 mm and elongated, fitted to the plastic; the inner washer is round, with a 35 mm outer diameter, a 3/8 inner diameter and a thickness of 3 mm.

The tightening torque of the nuts is 3 mkp, or 20 foot-pounds.

Parts

We have handlebar options: downhill, beach and CG; tyres: slick or studded; saddle: conventional, anatomic with springs, and cut-out (maximum height 18 cm); rims: 26 and 29, built in double-wall aluminium, aero model. There is also an aluminium wheel hub, with quick release made to order, and indexed metal chains.

The bicycle's brakes and gears can also be seen in the Muzzicycles features.

Muzzicycles uses no suspension and no front derailleur.

Accessories

The Muzzicycles bicycle and frame support the installation of accessories such as racks, child seats, mudguards, lights, etc.

Production time

If you order a model that is not available in our online shop, we estimate up to 30 days for its production.

Materials we use

We use polypropylene, polystyrene, nylon, PET (polyethylene terephthalate), polyethylene, polyaluminium (Tetra Pak) among others; the amount of recycled material in the frame may also vary.

Right of withdrawal

Under the consumer's right of withdrawal, the consumer may cancel the contract within 7 days of signing it or of receiving the product or service, whenever the purchase of products and services takes place outside the commercial establishment, especially by phone or at home.
